This home was under contract but that contract fell apart when the home flooded during Hurricane Harvey. We were asked to remodel the home and put it back together. This home had an older kitchen and a sunken living room and dining room. We raised the floor boards to all be the same level, then installed new solid wood floors. We updated the kitchen and installed new kitchen cabinets with Shaker doors, quartz countertops and backsplash and new appliances. We also installed new cabinets in the wine room and powder bath and painted the entire space. it looks fabulous and sold on the day that it went on the market. The client was so very happy with what we did!
