We totally redesigned and refurnished this fabulous open planned West University Houston High Rise Penthouse family room /breakfast room/dining room adjacent to the kitchen to create a fabulous large yet cozy haven of refuge atop this West University high rise. The blue velvet sofa is casual and inviting yet elegant. We used the same soft blue and white patterened fabric on the breakfast room/dining room chairs and the family room chairs and sofa pillows to unite the 2 spaces. The beautiful wool and silk contemporary rug anchors the family room space and adds another touch of elegance to the space.
