The client purchased this Bellaire home and was out of town when we redesigned and remodeled the kitchen, family room, 2 home offices, upstairs game room, painted the entire home and sanded, stained and polyurethaned all the wood floors a warm soft light brown color. That was phase 1. Then they moved in and we remodeled all the bathrooms in phase 2.
